I firmly believe that life is too important not to be able to enjoy and live life to the full. There will be a reason that you feel anxious, lonely, depressed, have low self-esteem or what-ever is going on for you that feels difficult. No issue is too small or too big, if it’s standing in your way for you leading the life You want. So what-ever you bring, that’s what we explore and work with. Together we will help you understand what you are feeling and why. 

Individual counselling is a uniquely personal experience; a regular time and space to explore difficulties in a confidential and safe environment. By learning about ourselves and by looking at unresolved issues, it is this awareness that is the key to work out how to make better choices for a better life. I offer a safe space, where you will be supported and challenged to find ways through difficulties or crises – discovering the barriers that are staying in the way and how lasting changes can happen. You will not be judged, given advice or have decisions made for you. Only you, and you alone, really know what’s best for you.
